CLIENT STATEMENTS

THE CLIENT declares and agrees that, according to the professional criteria of PPTC, PPTC may modify, alter and/or cancel the development of an activity or activities that are part of THE SERVICE due to climatic reasons, strikes, riots, catastrophes, internal conflicts, wars, and/or the occurrence of acts of God or force majeure that may endanger the safety and integrity of THE CLIENT and/or any member of the PPTC team, and/or the provider of any and all the activities that are part of THE SERVICE consider it to be that way and enforce a modification, alteration and/or cancellation of such activities.

THE CLIENT declares and agrees that, according to the professional criteria of the supplier of any and all activities that are part of THE SERVICE, they may modify, alter and/or cancel the development of an activity or several activities that are part OF THE SERVICE for climatic reasons, strikes, riots, catastrophes, internal conflicts, wars, and/or the occurrence of acts of God or force majeure that could put at risk the safety and integrity of THE CLIENT and/or any member of the PPTC.

THE CLIENT declares to knows the risks, potential risks, social situation, economic situation, political situation, and the physical and mental demands required to participate in any and all activities that make up THE SERVICE and that may directly or indirectly affect their stay in the Republic of Peru, and that they will travel and participate in THE SERVICE under their own responsibility and risk.

THE CLIENT declares that the information provided, at any time, and through any and all means, to PPTC is updated, truthful and in accordance with reality, and assumes the sole responsibility for any and all damages, losses and/or cancellations that THE CLIENT may suffer, directly or indirectly, due to the inaccuracy of any information.

LIABILITY OF PPTC

THE PARTIES agree that PPTC will only be liable for damages that could have been generated exclusively when there is slight fault (culpa leve). The liability is limited to direct damages.

THE PARTIES declare that PPTC will not be responsible for infections, contagions, illnesses, discomforts, injuries, and/or physical and/or mental impairments that may affect and/or affect and/or have any and all health effects or the integrity of THE CLIENT and/or third parties during THE SERVICE, and/or that limit and/or impede the correct and due execution of the obligations of PPTC.

THE PARTIES declare that PPTC will not be liable for the modifications, cancellations, alterations, interruptions and / or damages generated by the events contemplated in Clause 10.1 of THE CONTRACT.
