PERU PREMIUM TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY:

Peru Premium Travel’s responsibility for unfulfilled services and non-compliance with services purchased through us is limited. Peru Premium Travel is not liable for injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or any other irregularities caused by omissions or negligence of companies or individuals providing transportation (or driving the vehicles), lodging, or other services related to the tour, nor for natural phenomena, illness, war, quarantines, strikes, police interventions, or actions by customs/health authorities, or any other factors beyond its control.

Peru Premium Travel reserves the right to modify any tour or excursion when deemed necessary to provide a better service to its clients.

Peru Premium Travel is not responsible for required visas or vaccinations.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Individuals (1-4 travelers): A 10% to 20% cancellation fee applies if canceled 60 days or more before the trip. Between 59 and 45 days before departure, the cancellation fee may be 50% or more. If canceled within 30 days of departure, the cancellation fee may be up to 100%.
  • Groups (5+ travelers): A 10% to 20% cancellation fee applies if canceled 90 days or more before the trip. Between 89 and 45 days before the group’s arrival, a 30% cancellation fee applies. Between 44 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% or higher cancellation fee applies. If canceled within 30 days of the group’s arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • No-Show: If you cancel or do not show up, an 18% VAT will be charged on the applicable service fees.
